Update: Pirates of the Amazon Plugin Gone After Amazon Takedown Notice

UPDATE: Amazon has sent a takedown notice to the Netherlands students that created this plugin, and they’ve complied. The students said it was an “artistic parody” and a “practical experiment on interface design, information access and currently debated issues in media culture.” The plugin can still be found around the web.

Mac Hit Record Internet Share % in November

The share of people using Macs (including iPhones) to access the internet hit an all-time high in November of 8.82%.
Windows’ share dropped below 90% for the first time to 89.69%.
Firefox topped 20% for the first time, and IE dropped to 69.78%.
Google Chrome: 0.83%.
