Palm Treo Pro Drops On The 5th With Alltel

Alltel, not Sprint, is all set to launch the Palm Treo Pro this Thursday March 5th. After a $125 rebate, the Treo Pro will end up costing $199. The phone will have 3G, Wi-Fi and GPS. This is getting a short post, as I don’t think many are excited about this new Palm offering. It is these kinds of products that have been driving Palm into the abyss. It’s the Pre that is granting Palm it’s final chance at surviving in the smart phone market, which is planned to drop soon. Thank you to BGR for this picture.
