Nike are paying attention – the flywire technology is insane. It will take time to trickle down. the Sportswear line is tight – check out the windrunners – I have seen beacoup on the streets.

Nike, Like all of the big sneaker makers need to really pay attention to there design and invest money in the look of the product, they need to stop rehashing old styles and painting the shoes up with graffiti and such and look at a very long term market and commitment, it is almost as if they need to have a lab or design studio that does nothing but prototypes and future development.
This will create new styling and trends for years to come.

As an avid sneaker fan, I have been noticing less lines and rush for the new stuff. Hypebeast is focusing more on clothes now too, which is kind of whack. Whatevs. Nike can afford the loss.
