I have been trying to reach them (for weeks now) about an issue with accessing the forum and haven't heard back about that either. Does anyone know a better way to get a hold of someone? I've never had a problem getting my money, having cashed out dozens of times. The problem is making any money to begin with. ChaCha recently limited its users to 20 Guide answered questions a month. Since the change, I have gone from receiving 20-30 queries an hour to maybe 1 if I'm lucky. It seems to be a sinking ship, especially the way ChaCha administration has become belligerent and secretive about the subject. I guess I have to find a new part time job. :( I have been a Guide at ChaCha since May. I’ve never had a problem getting my money, having cashed out dozens of times.
