		<description>To whom it may concern I had been a loyal customer for eight years and I fell behind on my bill due using my phone for the company I work for, I then informed your customer service tech burnedette that I wanted the phone service cancelled she informed me she couldn&#039;t. At this time the bill was 452.00 she said she would suspend the phone and I still would be responsible for the service of future months which I didn&#039;t understand because I would be responsible for services I could not use again I asked for service to be canceled she said she couldn&#039;t until the balance was paid. Bottom line is this I&#039;ve now been sent to collections eventhough I had made arrangements with another customer rep. I was informed of the 529.40 I was responsible for and agreed to pay on it. Last week I recieved a letter from a collection agency informing me that I owed them 624.26 which is the total plus and additional 18% that to me is unfair, because when I spoke with the customer rep. I told her on Dec 20th I&#039;d make a payment which has been mailed out .
Futhermore everytime I talked with a rep. I was told that this person told you wrong. I had been in contact with you guys because I thought I was being a responsible party I know I was wrong to let the bill get out of hand.</description>
