  • As of yesterday, the Google/Yahoo search ad partnership was looking dead.
  • Today, the WSJ reports the search giants have revised the terms of the deal to satisfy antitrust objections by the Department of Justice.
  • The terms put a 25 percent cap on the search-related revenues that Yahoo can generate from the partnership
  • It also makes the partnership a two year deal instead of 10, with an option to renew.
  • Will the government go for it this time?
