Zazzle Takes On 47 Billion Dollar Industry, Launches Embroidery
by Jason Wilk on October 30, 2008

- Zazzle is the marketplace that lets users create custom designed products for order or to sell them in an online store within their marketplace.
- Submit a design, logo, etc and you can have it put on anything from a stamp, t-shirts, polos, jackets to skateboards.
- Now, Zazzle and their team of 30 engineers have launched a ground breaking embroidery technology that can take your submitted design and stitch it, with little human interaction to get it right.
- The designs take about 24-48 hours to complete and cost between $10 and $20.
- Emroidery is a $47B a year industryaccording to BizBuySell. This is sure to rock the market a little once the public catches word.
- Time to order some embroidered tinyComb shirts and ditch our iron-ons I guess.
