Your Gmail Account Is Now An OpenID

  • OpenID is one username and password for all sites, which eliminates the need for multiple usernames, simplifying your online experience.
  • Google has joined the coalition, users with an OpenID, but don’t have a Gmail account are not allowed to log-in. OpenID is starting to get confusing.
