FriendFeed Adds Embeddable ‘RealTime’ Following. Great Tool For LiveBlogging

by Jason Wilk on October 16, 2008

  • I can now create a topical page on FriendFeed, where I can add the users I would like to follow and view their updates in real-time.
  • Imagine I want to follow three people live-blogging about the Presidential Debates. I can add them to my new topical page and watch their comments deliver in real-time.
  • I can then take this page I have created and embed it anywhere
  • This tool is great for bloggers covering an event live, as they can create a topical page following themselves, embed it on their blog, and all the readers can view real-time updates.
