Facebook To Announce A Protection Plan For Drunk Users?

Google today anounced that they have launched Mail Goggles, a funny labs project that is designed for drunk people that hop onto their email and send out emails with no inhibition. Not fun to wake up to.
After a certain time in the night, Google will not let you send an email until you complete the shown set of math problems under a certain time period.
My friend at Facebook tells me that they are as well working on a protection program, but not quite as harsh. They willl be asking you between certain hours, ‘Are You Sure you Want To Send This Message?’

Which system is more effective aqd should either of them get in the way of the fun that is seeing friends send out drunk messages?
