Zoho Marketplace Opens for Business

by John Jorgensen on September 30, 2008

  • Zoho Marketplace launches today, allowing people to purchase business apps directly from developers.
  • Zoho takes no commission on the sale, and charges developers based on distribution and usage numbers for their apps.
  • Free for up to 10 apps used by less than 5 users.
  • Zoho Creator, the tool used to by devs to create the apps, is now updated to version 3.0.
  • Zoho says the Creator can easily be used by “regular folks” to create dynamic, fully customizable apps to be kept private, shared or sold via their marketplace.
