More Tapulous Employees Abandon Ship As CEO Changes Course

Top iPhone App Store publisher, Tapulous, has lost three more members of its core team.
CEO Bart Decrem, who recently ejected Tapulous Co-Founder Mike Lee, is driving the company away from its “independent developer spirit” roots to a strategy more like Slide’s “crank out ‘dem apps” approach.
Despite prominent placement on Apple.com, consistent ranking in the iPhone App Store’s Top 50, and a reported 2M users across its 4 apps, Decrem insists highly-polished apps could get lost in the rapidly expanding iPhone App market and that extensive development cycles are not worthwhile.
