BudURL Kills TinyURL w/ Analytics

• budurl is a url shortener that provides analytics letting you see the referrer pages it is clicked from AND the IP address of everyone who clicks.
• Stats page auto-refreshes every couple seconds to show you who is clicking.
• With users’ IP addresses you can gleam information such as the geographic location of who clicked.
• Absolutely kills competitors like bit.ly, which provides limited analytics (number of clicks), and TinyURL which provides none.
• Privacy issues may keep some users from clicking a budurl, although in my opinion, the value of the analytic data is worth losing a few clicks.
