The Future Of Mobile Search Is Visual

SearchMe, the visual search company that has raised $43.6m, is moving their concept to the iPhone this week.
SearchMe has taken Apple’s ‘CoverFlow’ idea and applied it to search, displaying entire web pages and images in results unlike traditional text search.
The app is young and still lacks certain filter features, but nonetheless will be a cool alternative to regular search occasionally. ..
SearchMe is having minor success thus far, seeing 224,000 uniques a month according to Compete.
