Once you access your thoughts/reminders, you can set alerts to ping yourself of certain events, to-do’s, meetings, etc.
The service even lets you email, SMS, instant message other people with the service to easily add things into their reminders or to-do’s.
Mark Benioff, Salesforce.com CEO, spoke of his dire need for this kind of service at the TechCrunch50 Conference last week, in which he claimed he sends himself email reminders all the time that get lost in the mix.
