  • CrossLoop is a technical support app that lets you connect remotely to someone’s computer to fix it or walk them through the issue.
  • Anyone who knows computers can join the help desk, but the service is mainly targeted at IT consultants and professionals looking for more work.
  • Average price for help is $55 an hour and the average time to resolve an issue is 25 minutes.
  • Venrock Ventures and El Dorado Ventures led the round with a total of $6m in the series B to bring total funding to $9m.

@Constantin - Sure Constantin. I'll check you guys out right now.
  • Jason,
would you mind also having a look at another support application like TeamViewer (www.teamviewer.com)?

Its a free tool for desktop sharing, remote control, online presentations, VPN,..

TeamViewer offers very comprehensive features like session recording, Mac OS compatibility, remote reboot and is completely free of charge for private use with no limitations at all.

15 million users trust in TeamViewer by now!
We would really appreciate if you would share your opinion with your readers.

Please feel free to contact me if any questions should remain.

    Thanks,
    Constantin
