  • Anyone who knows computers can join the help desk, but the service is mainly targeted at IT consultants and professionals looking for more work.
  • Average price for help is $55 an hour and the average time to resolve an issue is 25 minutes.
  • Venrock Ventures and El Dorado Ventures led the round with a total of $6m in the series B to bring total funding to $9m.
