MixMatchMusic Turns Members Into DJs

MixMatchMusic, which launched its public beta today at DEMOfall 08, is a music service that lets indie artists upload songs which can then be remixed, downloaded and/or purchased by members.
Its Remix Wizard allows members to easily mash up different segments (known as ’stems’) of songs to create their own remix that can be voted on and downloaded.
Artists can embed the Remix Wizard to encourage fans to re-cut their material.
Tiny commentary: MixMatchMusic is like a scaled version of remix.nin.com, where Nine Inch Nails uploads their songs (cut up into segments) that users can then remix and share with each other.
