TabUp: Most Likely Going Down

TabUp is a new beta service hoping to offer basic web apps as well as a social feature.
The UI looks great and has a good feeling to it.
The social aspect is based almost entirely around tab sharing.

Does this site offer enough unique tools to compete with the likes of iGoogle, and others like yourminis?
