  • Mashable reported UStream.tv user Stephen Heywood made history today by being the first to live video stream the birth of his daughter, Samantha
  • tinyMash has learned no live streaming of the birth took place.
  • Heywood: “I didn’t stream the actual birth.”
  • According to Heywood, speaking live on the same stream embedded in the Mashable post itself, he turned off the camera during the birth process.
  • Child births have been live-Tweeted in the past, but Mashable claimed this was the first time live video has been streamed.
