  • With the widespread failure of certain aspects of the iPhone 3G, 1st gen iPhone prices have shot up.
  • Dissapointments with the new phone center around the difficulty in jailbraking from instore activation and most notably, the poor reception.
  • Companies snatching up 1st gen iPhones from 3G customers are fetching as much as $600 on an average for the old 16 gig iPhones in good condition.
