GeoEye Ups Google’s Satellite Resolution

  • Google signed a deal with GeoEye to receive high-resolution satellite imagery from their satellite GeoEye-1
  • GeoEye’s spokesperson Mark Brender boasts that their new satellite provides the highest resolution satellite imagery currently available.
  • The new imagery will be available within 45-60 days.
